You can export your model directly from ZBrush using the Export button in the Tool palette. Alternatively you can use GoZ, or the 3D Printing Exporter. You need to flip the UVs, Zbrush exports the mesh with flipped Uvs by default. You can also flip the exported images. You might also have.
